Here at Key to Life we strongly encourage parents to have their children baptized because God tells us in his Word that baptism is a means for children to receive God’s love and faith.

Parents desiring baptism are asked to attend the baptism seminar that’s titled, Spiritual Rebirth.  Sometime after the seminar, our pastor will baptize your child for free and with no commitment to St. Peter Lutheran Church.  

Information About The Baptism Seminar

Spiritual Rebirth is designed for parents who are looking forward to the baptism of their son or daughter or who have an infant or toddler at home that has not yet been baptized.  As we seek God’s blessing through his Word, this three part seminar will strive to help parents and caregivers:

• More fully appreciate the blessings of Baptism that God has for us and for our children.                          
• More clearly understand why we bring our infants to Holy Baptism.                     
• More highly value our roles as God’s helpers, nurturing the faith planted in our children’s hearts at Baptism, confident that God equips us for that task.              
• More thoroughly grasp how important it is for our children that we as parents grow personally in spiritual maturity.

The seminar includes a continental breakfast.  Childcare will also be provided by a responsible caregiver.
